How does the Production Operator/Reliability Specialist hiring process work?

When we post these positions, we will contact applicants who meet our minimum qualifications for the position.  We’ll invite you to come and take our pre-employment test and learn more about Aera and the position you’ve applied for.  From there, we’ll communicate your test results on our Announcements page of our careers site, using the unique ID number we gave you at the testing session.  Then, we’ll invite successful applicants to interview with our team.  Successful candidates will be placed into a hiring pool and offered a position as needs arise.  Successful candidates will remain in our pool for up to one year.

How do I find my test results?

We will post all test results one week following a testing session.  Once test results are posted, we will announce their availability on our Announcements page.  Individual test results are located next to your individual ID number (given to you at the testing session).
